If you are not satisfied with a product or would like to exchange it, please contact our customer service by email. We will then provide you with all the necessary information and a return form to make the return process as easy as possible.

3: Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured with great care in Turkey. The final printing and finishing takes place in Germany, more precisely in Bavaria. This means we can guarantee the highest quality and precise processing.

4: How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
